What we'll need
On the day

Pricing notes
- Over 80 guests: extra staff $60/hr
- Travel fee by location (in your quote)
- Glassware over 80 guests: $2pp
- Lost/broken glasses: $7 each, post-event
- Public holidays: 25% surcharge
What's included in a package?
Float packages include the bar, two RSA-certified staff, a custom cocktail menu, glassware for your guests, garnishes, straws and an esky of ice. BYO means you supply the alcohol; we can also supply drinks under our liquor licence.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes. A travel fee applies based on your location across the Peninsula, Melbourne and regional Victoria. It's included in your written quote, so there are no surprises.
Can I change a package?
Absolutely. If none of these suit, or you'd like to add or change anything, contact us for a personal quote built around your event.
What if I have more than 80 guests?
Events over 80 guests add one staff member at $60 per hour, and glassware for extra guests is $2 per person, all confirmed in your quote.
Do you offer coffee as well?
Yes. A coffee service can be added to any package, great for morning ceremonies, corporate mornings or late-night espresso martinis.
