The heart of Silverwood Station is Connie, a vintage horse float lovingly restored into a fully equipped bar. She brings warmth and a little theatre to any space, whether that's a clifftop ceremony at Flinders, a winery in Red Hill or a backyard in Mount Eliza.
Every cocktail is built around premium spirits from local distillers and fresh regional produce. We're eco-conscious by habit, RSA-certified by training, and obsessive about service, which is why most of our bookings come by word of mouth.

We arrive at least an hour ahead to set up, pour all night, then pack down and clean up. Early drop-off is available on request.

We travel across the Mornington Peninsula and Greater Melbourne, including Mornington, Mount Martha, Red Hill, Flinders, Sorrento and the Yarra Valley. Regional Victoria is available by arrangement, with a travel fee based on your location.
BYO float packages start at $1,200 for up to 80 guests over three hours. The Misty satellite bar is $60 per person for 20+ guests, and bartenders can be hired on their own from $70 per hour. We send a custom quote once your details are confirmed.
Both. We hold our own liquor licence and can supply drinks, or you can choose a BYO package. Our staff are RSA-certified and the business carries public liability insurance.
From 20 up to around 200 guests. Events over 80 add an extra staff member, and we provide glassware for your full guest count.
Yes. Alongside cocktails we offer a coffee service, perfect for morning ceremonies, corporate mornings or a next-day recovery station.
A flat 3×4m area with easy access and a 10 or 15-amp power source (a generator fee applies if power isn't available). The float is 2.7m high. We arrive at least an hour before your event to set up.
